Özsarı Colombo Rice (25 kg) — long-grain rice that cooks up fluffy with distinct, non-sticky grains. Great for pilaf, biryani, stuffed vegetables, soups, and everyday sides. Rinse well; optional 15–20 min soak for extra fluffiness. For pilaf, use about 1 cup rice to 1.75 cups hot water/stock, simmer on low, then rest covered 10–15 minutes. Naturally gluten-free.
