Dr. Oetker Gluten-Free Corn Starch is a pure, fine thickener for sauces, soups, and desserts. Adds silky texture and glossy finish to puddings, custards, fruit fillings, and gravies; also lightens cakes and cookies. How to use: whisk into a cold slurry, then add to hot liquid and simmer briefly to thicken (about 1 tbsp per 1 cup liquid, adjust to taste). Gluten-free. Store in a cool, dry place.
